About Pepo Build
Pepo Build LLC is a construction, remodel, and property-improvement company based in St. Louis, Missouri. It was founded by Pietro Pierin, with about six years of experience in commercial construction, residential remodel, and structural work.
Pietro started in construction with Lucem Build in Dallas, Texas (2019–2024). There he worked commercial jobs and some military projects in Virginia, including mobile offices for the Norfolk military base. He has worked repairs and finishes, full remodels, steel-beam structures, load-bearing walls, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and property restoration.
His work is built on responsibility, attention to detail, clear communication, and professional execution. Pepo Build coordinates each stage with a defined scope, detailed estimate, schedule, and materials — and brings in specialists for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical when needed. The goal is an organized, transparent process from planning to completion.
Our mission: deliver quality work, practical solutions, and reliable service. A good job starts with clear communication, the right plan, and a commitment to the finished result.
